Anatometal stainless steel seam rings are available in 20 gauge through 10 gauge, and the niobium seam rings and titanium seam rings are available in 18 gauge through 10 gauge.  All three metal types are available in diameters as small as 1/4" and as large as two inches.  Both the niobium seam rings and the titanium seam rings are available in a wide variety of anodized colors.  Seam rings (also called continuous rings) are super easy to wear.  Just bend the two ends side to side so that you don't change the diameter of the seam ring, insert the seam ring in your piercing and gently bend the two ends back into position.
